Main Attraction: In January 2015, Jeff Chelesvig celebrated 20 years with Des Moines Performing Arts as its President and CEO. Des Moines Performing Arts staff and board members celebrated this milestone with a reception in his honor, along with community leaders, industry peers, family and friends.
Unique Touch: In addition to a reception in the Temple Great Hall, Des Moines Performing Arts hosted a funny, poignant and memorable program reflecting on Jeff’s successful tenure with the organization. Patrick Albanese and John Bush hosted the program, along with presenters E.J. Giovannetti, Ambassador Mary Kramer and Tom Brown.
