Healthy Smoothies

When I don’t have time to cook a full meal but want to consume something healthy, I say ‘smoothies.’ For a customizable two-serving healthy drink recipe that will keep you full for hours, blend together:

2 cups fruit
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1/2 avocado
1 teaspoon poppy seeds
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon nut butter
1 tablespoon cream or yogurt
1 cup water
