Stuffed Zucchini: filled with Graziano sausage, mozzarella and parmesan cheese and served over heirloom tomato sauce
SECOND (choice of)
Spaghetti alla Nerano: housemade spaghetti with fried zucchini, Caciocavallo cheese, garlic, olive oil
Grilled Swordfish: marinated swordfish, roasted garlic white bean purée, grilled gem lettuce, Sicilian salsa verde
THIRD (choice of)
Pistachio Semifreddo: with amaretti crust and dark chocolate
Delizia al Limone: lemon sponge cake with cream filling, lemon glaze and Italian meringue
