A: We strive to be the home of aspiring top producers that embrace the entrepreneurial mindset. Our agents make us who we are. We grow together, challenge each other, celebrate successes and lend support every step of the way.
Q: How did you get started in your career?
A: RE/MAX Concepts was founded in 2000 and purchased by Shane Torres, Matt Mauro, Ou Meksay and Lance Hanson in 2016. Using their 90+ years of combined real estate experience along with staff and agent support, they grew Concepts to 16 locations in Iowa and Illinois with nearly 400 talented REALTORs.
Q: What do you love about your career?
A: We are incredibly passionate about supporting agents and helping them reach their goals — business and life! We are a family at Concepts and seeing an agent succeed in any areas of life in which they strive to, is incredibly gratifying.
Q: What are some guiding principles you’ve used in your career?
A: #WorkHardBeNice! These are the words we live by at Concepts — they’re literally on our walls! We believe that if you hustle every day and are just a kind human, good things will happen. We can help people succeed in the real estate industry, but we can’t make them be a good person.
