Business Publications Corp., Inc., Central Iowa’s largest publisher of niche publications, was established in 1983 by Connie Wimer. The company’s flagship publications – the Des Moines Business Record and dsm magazine – were launched in 1983 and 2003, respectively. These award-winning publications reach Greater Des Moines’ two most influential audiences — top area business owners and decision-makers and affluent, educated and sophisticated consumers.
