Q: How would you describe yourself?
A: We are a locally owned, semi-custom homebuilder. We have a niche for being able to customize our existing floor plans into unique homes for each of our buyers. Our unique process and showroom selections under one roof make the homebuilding process less overwhelming and thus less stressful for our customers.
Q: What do you love most about Greater Des Moines?
A: We love Des Moines because it’s just the right size. It has the amenities of a much larger city while still managing to maintain a small-town feel. Des Moines has given us and many others a huge opportunity for growth with a great talent base and an even better client base!
Q: What do you love about your career?
A: We love the opportunity to bring homeowners’ dreams to fruition. It’s so rewarding to get the opportunity to take on all different projects and see how our homeowners tweak our existing floor plans to serve their family’s needs.
Q: What is a fact about your team others may not know?
A: Everyone in our office has a prank drawer that includes but is not limited to Nerf guns, air horns, Halloween masks and firecrackers. This helps to make our days more fun and entertaining.
