Today we are joined by Derek Eidson, executive chef and partner at Django, the downtown Des Moines restaurant that serves food with a French twist. Last week, Django reopened its doors with social distancing measures for the first time in two months. It’s been a slow start and there are a lot of unknowns going forward, Eidson says.
