Barley’s Bar
When Matt and Jill Johnson decided to purchase an old watering hole named Dirty Harry’s, their reason was simple. They wanted a great bar in historic downtown Council Bluffs.
The youthful plan evolved into what Barley’s became known for soon after the new restaurant and bar opened its doors in 2001 – a place were generations of friends and families eat, drink and gather together in everyday life as well as celebrate their milestone moments.
Barley’s is more than a bar. And it’s more than a grill.
Barley’s Pizza Rolls
1 cup chopped pepperoni
1cup browned sausage
1 cup mozzarella
3/4 cup of pizza sauce
7×7 or 6×6 egg roll wrap
Water and brush to seal
Use fry daddy, pan fry or commercial fryer until golden brown, 4-5 minutes
Oil temp 350
Serve with pizza sauce
And as with all cooking, know where your fire extinguisher is ;-)
