Kelly Betsworth is the behavioral health manager of ChildServe. She partners with program directors to develop and increase mental health services and also provides diagnosis and treatment for mental health conditions.
Renee Hardman is the CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Iowa. She has more than 25 years of executive-level HR experience and has served as board member for nearly 20 area nonprofits.
Dr. Kelli Hill, a licensed child and adolescent psychologist, is the Des Moines Pastoral Counseling Center’s director of clinical services. She provides therapy to toddlers through adolescents, as well as to parents and families.
Amanda Rivera works with diverse clientele, currently specializing in working with children and families. Her professional areas of interest include art therapy, play therapy, diverse populations, and working through a trauma-informed lens.
