Zenith Design + Build

Q: What do you love most about Greater Des Moines?
A: The people and opportunities here are unmatched. Des Moines has a reputation of being a “big, smalltown” and it’s true in that there are so many people willing to support, recommend and encourage you as you look to carve out a niche. It’s a great city to build a business.

Q: What do you love about your career?
A: We love making a positive impact in the lives of our clients by changing or enhancing their space. It’s details like an extra-long island to fit your entire family that can make the difference between a house that checks off your wish list and a home that truly changes the way you live.

Q: What are some guiding principles you’ve used in your career?
A: We live by a few guiding tenets but two of our most important are Radical Transparency & Empathy. Our customers are what we value most so we believe in demonstrating that through transparency with our pricing and processes and a willingness to be there at every step of their residential remodeling or home building journey.

Q: What is a fact about yourself others may not know?
A: A Des Moines whole home renovation we did was featured in Dwell Magazine. We transformed the closed-off, outdated space into a bright, airy home with a midcentury modern design approach. This home received “Most Dramatic Change” and “People’s Choice Award” from the HBA’s annual Tour of Remodeled Homes and won a national award from NAHB.
