A: We are all ambitious and driven. Hardworking and unafraid of a challenge, thrive when a creative win-win solution is needed. Work as a team for our clients. Passionate about educating the public and being transparent with clients while making sure they understand all outcomes, good or bad, with every decision they make in their real estate journey.
Q: What do you love about your career?
A: The alignment between personal and company values, personal development and contributing to a larger purpose. Interacting with different clients, and knowing I am making a positive impact on their lives, assisting with their buying or selling experience. Camaraderie, even though we are really competing against one another, fellow Realtors will be the fi rst person to help.
Q: What are some guiding principles you’ve used in your career?
A: “Do good, and good will come to you.” Our brokerage motto is work hard and be nice. This aligns so much with our team and how we conduct ourselves with the public and our peers. We care about our clients and how their real estate transactions will impact their lives; it will always be our No. 1 priority.
Q: Who inspires you?
A: This team, these women are some of the most caring, honest, selfl ess people I know. They are always there for each other and support one another even when things get tough. All while being rock-star moms and wives! They inspire me every day.
