Q: Tell us about your business.
A: The Aesthetic Collective is essentially the culmination of Darya Hansen’s education at Duke University, coupled with extensive career experiences and a profound passion for the industry. The overarching objective was to establish a unique platform catering to savvy, driven professionals in the medical aesthetics field, providing them with an opportunity to thrive within a structured framework.

Since our inception in November 2023, we have assembled a core group of small business owners dedicated to elevating patient care standards and exceeding expectations. The testimonials from our patients serve as a testament to the effectiveness of our approach. We possess a deep understanding of the desires and requirements of aesthetic patients, resulting in superior treatment outcomes and an enhanced overall patient experience.

Q: What is unique or noteworthy about your team?
A: When I created the Aesthetic Collective, I wanted to establish a business model that is lucrative financially as well as interpersonally. It is important to me to have providers on board who not only value a career worthy of their expertise and time, but also flexibility for prioritizing what matters most to them outside of work. When I consider what makes our team truly noteworthy, it’s what we bring to the space from a personal perspective that inspires me the most. We have women from all types of aesthetic settings learning and growing together, and our patients’ incredible outcomes are a direct result of this.
