Jon Couture is senior vice president and chief human resources officer (CHRO) of Principal Financial Group. He oversees all aspects of Human Resources for over 18,000 employees worldwide and also oversees Principal’s offshore operations.

Peggy Huppert has served as the Executive Director of NAMI Iowa since March, 2016. Peggy has a long history of service to nonprofits in central Iowa. In addition to her work at NAMI, she has served as communications director and development, government relations and executive director of varied groups throughout the metro. Peggy has lived experience with mental illness for over 20 years through several close family members who have experienced addiction, hospitalization and incarceration as a result of their illness. Thankfully, they are all currently living in wellness and recovery.

Rosalind Fox is responsible for all aspects of the John Deere Des Moines Works operations including safety, quality, delivery, efficiency and overall profitability. The factory has 17 buildings spread across ~3M sq ft, 1,600 employees, and two unions. Prior to Deere & Company, Rosalind spent six years at Ford Motor Company as part of an internal manufacturing leadership program holding positions in Product Development, Manufacturing Engineering and Business Planning.
