Q: How did you get started in your career?
A: Steven Martelli: I started in the restaurant business, but I wanted a career with more income potential. I loved the idea of commission sales and being in a career where my income and growth would be based on my abilities and skills.
Q: What do you love about your career?
A: I found a wonderful place to work where I love the products we sell as well as the people I work with. I have been fortunate enough to see people I hired in this business grow and become leaders.
Q: What are some guiding principles you’ve used in your career?
A: It is important to continue to learn and improve. There is so much I can still learn and be better at. I try to read and listen to books and videos every day that can help me be better at my job and in life.
Q: Anything else you’d like to add?
A: I have been so fortunate to see this store and the people here grow and adapt during very challenging times recently and over my 27 years in the auto industry. I am so proud to be part of the team with Ramsey Mazda and with Lithia.
