Equipping urban youth and their families to serve God and others through a faith-based academic foundation.

Key Services Provided

Joshua Christian Academy (JCA) provides an excellent, affordable Christian education to students in grades K-12. In addition to academics, students use their talents in band, dance, basketball, tennis, S.T.E.M, and many other activities. Students can receive college credit, attend classes at Des Moines Central Campus and participate in ROTC.

Key Audiences Served

JCA believes that economically disadvantaged children can perform at the highest level. Tuition at JCA is set on a sliding scale based on family income. Our student population is 45% African/African American, 33% Caucasian, 15% Hispanic, and 7% Asian.
