A: We strive to be the home of aspiring top producers that embrace the entrepreneurial mindset. Our agents make us who we are. We grow together, challenge each other, celebrate successes and lend support every step of the way.
Q: How did you get started in your career?
A: RE/MAX Concepts was founded in 2000 and purchased by Shane Torres, Matt Mauro, Ou Meksay and Lance Hanson in 2016. Using their 90+ years of combined real estate experience along with staff and agent support, Concepts has expanded into three states with 20 offices and over 400 agents.
Q: What do you love about your career?
A: We are incredibly passionate about supporting agents and helping them reach their goals — in both business and life! We are a family at Concepts, and seeing an agent or staff member succeed is incredibly gratifying. That is the driving force behind our company.
Q: What are some guiding principles you’ve used in your career?
A: #WorkHardBeNice! This is not only our company motto at Concepts, but it literally hangs on our walls! We have never strived to be the biggest company; we just want to have the best people working with us. All decisions we make reflect that.
