The National Balloon Classic returns for a week of flights and sights July 28-Aug. 5 in Indianola. During the day, pilots from all over the world will compete for points, prizes and championship titles in hot air ballooning. Guests have a front-row seat for all the action. When evening rolls in, enjoy live music including musicians Brad & Kate and TrainWreck, plus fireworks and Nite Glow shows of illuminated hot air balloons. Purchase a balloon ride to experience Iowa at a new height.

General admission tickets are $10 online and $14 through select retail stores, with general admission parking included. Children ages 5 and under get in for free.
