With more than 27 years in practice, Dr. Jason Niegsch is well known for his advanced training and refined clinical approach. A Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry and mentor at the Kois Center in Seattle, he focuses on smile makeovers, dental implants, and Invisalign®—blending technical precision with a highly aesthetic sensibility, creating results that not only enhance appearance but also restore function and elevate overall quality of life.

Since 2000, Dentistry At Somerset has remained rooted in Ames, evolving alongside the community it serves. In 2014, Marcie Niegsch joined as Chief Operating Officer after a career at Meredith Corporation (now People Inc.), bringing a clear vision for elevated patient experience, brand, and culture. Together, they have thoughtfully redefined what modern dentistry can feel like.

That vision is realized in the practice’s 2024 expansion into a10,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility. The space reflects understated luxury—clean lines, natural light, and calming details replacing the traditional clinical feel. Subtle scents and a curated comfort menu further soften the experience, while advanced surgical suites and leading-edge technology support a full range of care, delivered by a team of skilled doctors and hygienists.
