On With Life is special because of our unique approach to care. We embrace a people-first culture that recognizes the value of each individual. Rehabilitation at On With Life is based on the concept of “with,” meaning that rather than providing services to those we serve, we work alongside them to meet their individual needs.
What’s next for your company in the coming years?
We are working with ChildServe to develop a 25-bed ventilator program designed to address the significant shortage of beds in Iowa, especially for those who are aging out of the ChildServe programs. This collaboration will support young adults with complex medical needs by offering a high-quality alternative to out-of-state placement.
