95% of high school age club members graduate on time and 79% go on to post-secondary education.

Mission

To inspire and enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.

Key Services Provided

BGCCI is the leading advocate for youth in Central Iowa. BGCCI takes a holistic approach to ensure youth have adequate food, emotional support and educational resources.BGCCI provides a safe, supportive environment with state-of-the-art spaces.BGCCI conducts continuous staff training to ensure each member’s health and safety.

Key Audiences Served

BGCCI currently serves 1,800+ registered members in the Des Moines area, K-12th grade, at eight Club locations. Through Club, 92% of members regularly engage in physical activity, 100% of members qualify for free or reduced priced lunches and 100% of Club members believe all kids can be leaders.
