A: The best thing about Des Moines is the people. Iowans appreciate the value of hard work, so we are very fortunate to be headquartered in Des Moines with employees, trade partners and clients that are second to none.

A: The best thing about our business is the sense of accomplishment in seeing the things that you have built. It never gets old driving by a completed project and remembering what it took to get it done.
Q: What are some guiding principles you’ve used in your career?
A: Customer service and integrity are very important values at McAninch Corporation. Long-standing client relationships are only possible by leading with honesty and a commitment to getting the job done. Integrity is also seen in our employees and the culture they have created, making McAninch a great place to work.
Q: What advice would you give to someone who wants to enter your field?
A: You should be prepared for hard, yet rewarding, work and something new every day. Our industry is constantly changing, which provides new and exciting challenges.
