Q: What are the personal values that drive you?
A: I value hard work, persistence and a job well done. And I love a challenge—plating 100 lunches on a busy morning? That’s when I’m in my element! Seeing beautiful food all come together and knowing it makes people happy reminds me why I do this.
Q: Who inspired you along the way and why?
A: My mom first sparked my love of cooking, and later, Chef Cyd helped me turn that passion into a career. Cyd is a generous mentor who leads by example, and I’m lucky to be part of a team that shares her spirit—supportive, talented and driven to create food that truly stands out.
