A: Iowa Jobs for America’s Graduates (iJAG) bridges the gap between education and employment. iJAG partners with Iowa schools to deliver leadership and employability skills training, civic service opportunities, career and academic readiness, individualized guidance, post-graduation support, and work-based learning experiences. Our impact? Serving over 10,000 students for a future-ready generation of leaders with sustainable plans for career and life, thanks to meaningful experiences with Iowa employers.
Q: How does your business contribute to the community?
A: Over 92% of our students remain in Iowa, contributing to the communities where they graduated. We connect students with employment opportunities, postsecondary education, or military enlistment. We operate in 50 counties, serving urban and rural areas.
