A: What makes our staff special at Innovative Radiology is the perfect blend of expertise, compassion and true dedication to patient-centered care. Our team is made up of highly trained radiologists, technologists and support staff who not only bring years of experience and advanced training to the table, but also take pride in making every patient feel seen, heard and cared for. Having been trained at Mayo and seeing firsthand the patient experience and quality of care that is delivered there, Dr. Tentinger has brought this Mayo-level experience to Des Moines. This experience is currently being delivered at Innovative Radiology and will soon be expanded to the Total Health Experience medical campus in Urbandale.
We prioritize ongoing education, ensuring our staff stays current with the latest advancements in imaging technology and diagnostic practices. But just as important, we understand that behind every scan is a person, so we take the time to explain procedures clearly, answer questions with empathy and create a comfortable and respectful environment.
