Wild Rose Casino and Hotel Jefferson is one of three Wild Rose casinos throughout Iowa. Wild Rose offers everything from the thrill of the gaming floor: slots, table games, and sportsbook. Guests can stay comfortably in our adjoined hotel and enjoy great chef-curated food at Lucky’s Sports Grill and live events throughout the year.

How does your business contribute to the community?
Wild Rose Casino & Hotel is a direct partner in supporting local nonprofits through our Qualified Sponsoring Organizations (QSO). Each Wild Rose location works hand-in-hand with a designated local nonprofit, helping generate funding that supports everything from community services and education to public safety and local initiatives. It’s a built-in giveback model where every visit helps fuel meaningful impact—making the connection between entertainment and community support both tangible and local.
What is unique or noteworthy about your team?
We employ a complete team approach to every facet of our casino operation. The planning and prep for gaming promotions, our food and beverage program, and everything in and outside the casino floor has an all-hands-on-deck approach to ensure our guests can have an enjoyable, memorable experience at Wild Rose Casino and Hotel.
What’s next for your company in the coming years?
Continuing to focus on guest satisfaction. We are our own toughest critic when it comes to asking “what can we do better?” “How can we improve?” We truly believe that nothing is ever perfect, and we will always challenge ourselves to build and grow our guest experience.
What trends in your industry are you paying close attention to?
The importance of food and beverage and entertainment options, hotel stays, and experiences are becoming more and more important in driving factors of casino choice.
