Q: What drives you?
A: At Bankers Trust, we strive every day to be Difference Makers for our customers and communities. As branch managers, we’re driven by our dedication to excellent customer service and a commitment to supporting the communities in which we live and work.

Q: How do you strive to provide best-in-class service to your customers?
A: For our customers, we provide the best of both worlds — big bank technology with small bank service — to help you reach your financial goals. We form strong relationships based on trust so you can be confident we’ll find the right solutions for your unique situations, just as we’ve been doing for 105 years.

We love that we get to know our customers on a personal level. No matter your place in life — whether you’re opening your first savings account, buying your first home or preparing for retirement — you can count on us to be there every step of the way.

Q: How are you involved in the community?
A: We live out our passion for making central Iowa the best place to live and work by sponsoring local events, engaging with our chambers of commerce, and serving on boards of organizations that align with our passions. We’re also proud to work for a bank that annually donates $1 million to nonprofits and promotes a culture of community involvement among our team members, who volunteer an average of 15,000 hours each year.

Give us a call or stop by any of our branch locations to experience the Bankers Trust Difference.
