A: At VisionBank, we like to think of ourselves as the bank for all – large enough to provide the expertise and resources necessary to handle any fi nancial need, yet small enough to know our customers personally. Q: What do you love most about your bank?
A: Ogden, Iowa – 1884. It was here where VisionBank opened its fi rst branch, offering a safe space for locals to store their gold and silver. Over the next century, the bank grew to hold over $700 million in local deposits and become a part of the fabric of the Central Iowa community.
Q: How did you get started?
A: Our story begins in 1884 along the cobblestone streets of Ogden, Iowa. It was here where a private bank, which would later be known as VisionBank, opened its fi rst branch, offering a safe space for locals to store their gold and silver. Over the next century, the bank grew to hold over $750 million in local deposits and become a part of the fabric of the Central Iowa community. We now have 13 branches scattered throughout the Greater Des Moines area – most recently in Altoona, Bondurant, Clive, and Mitchellville.
