St. Gregory Recovery Center is a 50‑bed residential substance use disorder treatment facility serving adults 18 and older. We provide inclusive, evidence‑based care with outpatient services in West Des Moines, expanding access across Central Iowa and supporting long‑term recovery for individuals, families, and communities.
What makes your business special?
What makes St. Gregory Recovery Center special is our more than 20 years of experience offering an alternative to traditional 12‑step approaches, with optional faith‑based treatment models. Our evidence‑based, practical care focuses on building real‑life recovery skills. We also offer a Tactical Recovery Program for military members and first responders, designed to meet their unique experiences and needs with respect and effectiveness.

St. Gregory Recovery Center supports the community by providing accessible, high‑quality substance use treatment. We help individuals return to their families and workplaces, strengthen the local workforce, partner with community organizations, and address the impact of addiction across rural Iowa.
