Q: How would you describe your company?
A: At VisionBank, we like to think of ourselves as the bank for all – large enough to provide the expertise and resources necessary to handle any financial need, yet small enough to know our customers personally. With more than 130 years of experience, we help our communities succeed by building relationships at the local level.

Q: What do you love most about your bank?
A: Ogden, Iowa – 1884. It was here where VisionBank opened its first branch, offering a safe space for locals to store their gold and silver. Over the next century, the bank grew to hold over $700 million in local deposits and become a part of the fabric of the Central Iowa community.

Q: How did you get started?
A: Our story begins in 1884 along the cobblestone streets of Ogden, Iowa. It was here where a private bank, which would later be known as VisionBank, opened its fi rst branch, offering a safe space for locals to store their gold and silver. Over the next century, the bank grew to hold over $750 million in local deposits and become a part of the fabric of the Central Iowa community. We now have 13 branches scattered throughout the Greater Des Moines area – most recently in Altoona, Bondurant, Clive, and Mitchellville. We pride ourselves on being industry experts with a community focus. #BankLocal
